Through this workshop, participants will be given the tools to recognize burnout and its associated symptoms. Participants will also receive unique strategies that can be implemented in day to day experiences for POCs to reduce/eliminate potential for burnout for self and others. As a result, participants will learn how to better mitigate negative outcomes associated with burnout.
